• Estimated square footage – conditioned, unconditioned space
• Decks – square footage, free standing, design loads – e.g. hot tubs, etc
• Architectural aspects, design style, trim, exterior siding, roofing, etc.
• MEP Items – extraordinary, included in Project - e.g. A/C, Hot Tubs, etc.
• Fire safety / suppression – e.g. sprinklers
• Other items – finish material quality
