Production of Construction Documents:

- Complete Final Design Drawings (e.g. "Construction Set") –
- Produce Five (5) sets all signed & sealed (typically 10 sheets per set – 24x36 inches)
- Produce Specifications (part of the "Construction Set") -- Five (5) sets, of which 2 are signed & sealed
- General Contarctor obligations
- Details of Construction Methods & Requirements
- Details of Materials - Type & Quality
- Provide Engineering Calculations for Bldg Departtment Review (if required) – Two (2) sets
- Provide Cost Estimate / Materials Take Offs (on plans)
- Submit Documentation to Building Department for approval -- file Building Permit Application & pay filing fees
- Secure Design approval (Building Permit Issued) and/or Care for Building Department revisions (if any)
- Provide Contractor References – if requested
- Evaluate Contractors & Bids --if requested
