Septic System Design, Permitting, Construction Certification:

- Design an addition to the existing SSTS
- Production of Drawings per County requirements
- Septic Tank, Leach Fields, reserve area
- Siltation & Erosion Mitigation Plan
- Hydraulic Load & Profile
- Copy of House Design Plans w/ utilities locations
- Site Plan including neighboring properties (Wells & Septic locations)
- Prepare and submit required documentation to County BOH; including neighbor notification
- Securing design approval from the County BOH & Permit granting
- Witnessing placement of the SSTS elements by the SSTS Contractor to ensure conformance with the Approved design
- Scheduling of County BOH Officials to Inspect the SSTS prior to backfilling by the SSTS Contractor
- Production of “As Built” Drawings and Certification of Construction Permit Compliance to the County BOH
- Delivery of Certificate of Construction Compliance, and approved “As Built” drawings to the Town Building Inspector
